Information for
parents
 The partnership between the school and parents is
very important. Researches have shown that the involvement of
supportive parents is a factor of major importance in the education
process of the students. In the Royal School, the school will focus
on the partnership between its processes and the parents in a number
of ways.
By encouraging attendance at the evening seminars for
parents. By adopting a policy of openness
in which parent cam hold telephone conversation to come and meet the
manager or any member of the management of the school at any time.
Through contacting parents when emergency things
occur at the first sign of the problem. By informing parents of the
child positive conditions using a green cards.
By signing many ties as possible with the community.
In any event that will be the largest school formal link between
school and parents who will be composed of
the council of fathers:

2 delegates of the
teachers
1 Headmaster
We'll have selected in the first council meeting
after the start of the academic year.
Associate Services & Activities:
We need a system of a service to support the
education system of the students services in order to meet the needs
of these students physical, social, psychological aspects and to
provide what they need to develop the students skills. There are
some services that provide foods and transportation means.
Meanwhile
it is required from the school to provide other services with
providing guidance and counseling
personals.
As for the records of the students, they must be
accurate and stored during the years of school enrollment.
Other activities that are provided in the interest of
the student are beneficial to their education. Those activities are
associated with the curriculum scientific visit, and sports clubs,
and individual, collective and school groups with different interest
to develop the students senses of autistics
and develop their bodies and their personalities and culture.

Transportation
means:
School provides buses, and a sufficient number of 70
% of the number of enrolled students and cover most
alive cities like: Giza, Cairo, and
the 6th of October cities.
The longest distance covered by buses takes 45
minutes either least 25 minutes. Where school administration in a
cooperation with the company contracted to identify routes of buses
using the official maps and in accordance with the addresses of the
residential places of the students.
There is a supervisor at each bus, she maintain a
list of student names and addresses, and telephone numbers of their
parents, and supervising the interested students who shall ride and
disembarking from the buses, and ensuring the good conduct, and
behavior of the students.
All the events are recorded on the bus trips on
C.D.'s, where the seat, the student is responsible for is numbered
and particularly does not changed.

Catering:
In addition to the restaurant of the school, the
school provides a cafeteria; snacks, and sandwiches, soft drinks,
juices, and mineral water bottles the specialist health
clerk checks. The cleanliness of the
school, cafeteria and the surrounding area, and these places are
obliged to be remained clean and healthy.
A list of foods and beverages
are provided with the prices, where
cafeteria is closed during studying times and lectures, and open
within the leisure and free time of the students, and at the times
before and after school.

Accepting Students:
The school system is enjoying of accepting students,
where students needed to be examined at the beginning to be assessed
in the English Language, and Mathematics and at the very beginning,
school also made an interview to the students and their parents with
the director of the school of the Educational Department. As
successful students will be accepted and parents should fill in
forms and pay the school fees.
According to the financial regulation of the school,
all students should be obliged to wear the uniform school, where
absence of passing the entrance exam, student could get another
opportunity to receive the approval by the director that who may
require that the guardian or parents consul
lation in case of non student admission.

& files of students:
The secretary school records (student affairs) and
maintain in a complete, accurate and a very
confidential manners files, these files are adjusted as
needed and stored in a cabinet secure

Activities:
The educational program is providing many school
activities for students, these activities are beneficial not only to
teach students but also to meet their physical, social,
psychological needs.
Activities available for students are as follows:

Sports:
Football
- Basketball - Volleyball -
a horse riding - Squash - pool.
2- The Club's artistic:
painting - sculptures
- and Handicrafts.
3- Theatrical Club:
There are many students with love appearing on the
scene, their foreign language teacher shall teach them and encourage
them to choose the appropriate texts to be stated on the theatre.
When the exercises
demonstrate the efficiency of the
performance, parents are invited and some other prominent persons in
the society to watch and see these selected plays.
These activities particularly
encourage students to express themselves in and on the scene of the
theatre as theatrical language helps them to gain confidence and
poise.
4- Singing and Music:
Most students love to sing and play,
number of them play on a musical
instruments and under the supervision of the music teachers, who
train students and prepare them for different occasions during the
school year and at the ceremony at the end of the year.

Outdoor Activities:
1- The school organizes many trips, thus these trips
are providing students with an opportunity to understand and
comprehend the culture, the history – especially when such trips are
related to the cores of the studying curriculums.
2- Field Trips: the field trips are integrated part
of the curriculum, where students participate and explore the
experiences of life away from the classes, these trips include
visits to museums, historical sites, and natural areas.

Health
Services:
There is a medical centre next to the first floor of
the school building is equipped with three dental clinics, and
growth and internal medicine clinics. The center is included on
doctors, specialists, and nurses throughout the whole day.
Nurses is always responsible for
first aid monitoring and supervising on vaccinations offered at the
school by the Department of Health.
In case of emergencies, fractures, deep wounds and
distortions are undertaking first by the first aid; then a nurse
should notify parents, so students shall be transported to the
hospital and be treated with follow-up guardians and under their
guidance.
Where nurses are keeping files for every student, and
making a follow-up for the supplies materials of the clinics as well
as they are supervising on the cleanliness, cafeteria and outer
appearance of students according to the healthy criterion.
Nurses are providing the health education, so they
preach lectures for students on health and how to keep themselves
healthy, as well as they are offering guidelines and instructions on
the Nutrient and healthy foods and
meals.

of the students in each class?
There are number of students in the classroom
is between 20 to 25 students.
Is there any tuition
fees reductions in the case of two brothers enrolled or more?
Children enjoyed the second reduction of 10 % for
school tuition fees, while the third got 15 % reduction.
Is there any
interview held for parents and students before enrollment?
It would require a short interview for the
students to assess the level of achievement in order to evaluate his
\ her stage of studying and it would hold

special interview for parents with the school administrator.
What is the school
system to pay the tuition fees?
All tuition fees are to be paid of 80 % of
the total fees, before the start of the academic year, and the
reminder at the beginning of the month of December.

What are the dates
of school?
Dates vary according to the study phase, but
the date for each stage does not exceed the period between 8:30 am

school tuition fees.
What is the age
required to be enrolled at the school?
Students must be at the following ages:
+ Play School: 2 years, and 6 months before
October.
